Shih Tzu in Maine - Health Guarantee

Land of Nod Shih Tzu health guarantee. To the best of the seller's knowledge, these Shih Tzu puppies are in good health, free from any symptoms of infectious or contagious disease at the time of sale. No further health guarantee is made. It is understood that a purchased Shih Tzu puppy should be taken to a veterinarian within two business days of the sale date. No treatment is authorized. If any treatment is rendered, it is performed at the buyer's expense.

If the buyer would like me to take the pup for his/her first shots and check up please add $50.00 to the price of the pup. I have found with past litters, that the new owners have been willing to take the pup for their first Vet visit, in order to save them the price of having me do it and then taking them with in two days of receiving them and paying again. I will still stand behind the pup if you take it to the Vet or if I do. The pup will be wormed twice before leaving my home at the age of eight weeks.

If your veterinarian finds the Shih Tzu puppy unacceptable as a pet, it will be exchanged for a Shih Tzu puppy of equal value from the next available litter (your money will not be returned). A letter from the examining Veterinarian stating the date of exam and complete diagnosis including why he/she feels the puppy is unacceptable as a pet ,will be required. Seller reserves the right to have the animal examined by a Veterinarian of her choice.

The seller does not warranty any type of skin, eye or umbilical hernia. Conditions heredity or congenital. Or created in any other way.

This health guarantee is in effect for the first six months of the purchased Shih Tzu puppy's life.
