PUPPY SALES CONTRACT

Seller guarantees that the puppy is in good health. That the puppy has received appropriate medical inoculations, worming and care. This guarantee does not include umbilical hernias which are common to the breed as most hernias are minor and may go away with time or can be repaired at the time of spaying or neutering. Nor does it include tightness of nostrils which is common to the breed when they are teething and is usually alleviated with age.

Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within two (2) days (not including weekends and holidays) of receipt of puppy. The cost of this exam is the responsibility of the Buyer. The Seller will not pay for this exam or any treatment that is administered at this time.

Should the veterinarian find any life threatening health problems, the Seller is to be notified the same day by phone. The puppy is to be brought back to the Seller's residence within 7 days of purchase with documentation from the Veterinarian stating his or her findings. The registration papers must also be returned, signed and transferred back to the Seller at this time. The Seller reserves the right to have the diagnosis confirmed by her veterinarian. At which time there will be a full refund made to buyer and this contract shall be null and void.

seller guarantees puppy for 2 years to be free of any genetic life threatening condition. Should any such condition be found and certified by a licensed veterinarian Seller will replace this puppy with a puppy of equal value to the Buyer. If Seller does not have a replacement puppy immediately available Buyer agrees to wait until Seller has a puppy available.

This guarantee is non-transferable. No further guarantee is made or implied. A puppy may be returned but no refund is issued for tenant/landlord discrepancies; allergies; puppy/dog, marital or children related conflicts or any other conflicts.

This puppy is being sold for pet purposes and is not to be bred. The puppy should be spayed or neutered by 7 months of age. A limited registration is being provided with this puppy.
